Please note that you will need to submit an annual return to CIPC in the anniversary month of the registration, together with a beneficial ownership declaration. These submissions are required to keep the company active and are not included in the packages.

We will design 3 logos from which you can choose one. Two changes are allowed on the initial design. Thereafter, changes will be charged at R75 each.

The package includes the registration fee for the domain, as well as hosting fees for 12-months. An annual renewal fee is payable and dependent on the pricing of our service provider.

The package includes the design of a basic 3-page website. Initial changes to the website is included in the package. Thereafter, changes will be charged at R150 per hour.

We will provide you with the Yoco machine included in the package you chose. We will assist with the setup of the portal and activation of the machine. Note that the machine comes with a SIM card (unlimited data) that carries a monthly connectivity fee of R49. This fee is not payable to Tristone, but will be deducted from the bank account provided.

Once you have an active Yoco machine, you can earn passive income by referring other people to purchase a Yoco machine using your unique referral code.
